About the Client

357D is a Cyprus-based real estate development group entering the market with a clear vision of what modern development should look like: creating properties that embrace contemporary urban planning principles, integrate seamlessly into the island’s natural landscape, and offer comfortable, thoughtfully designed living environments.

Our task was to build the foundation of the brand—from strategy and naming to the visual identity system and corporate website.

The Challenge

For any real estate developer, a portfolio is a foundation of trust. Completed projects are often the strongest proof of credibility for buyers, partners, and investors.

When we started working together, however, 357D was only entering the market. There were no completed developments yet—only projects at various stages of planning and construction. The brand had to create a strong first impression long before the buildings themselves could.

Our goal was to develop a communication system that would clearly express the company’s vision, build recognition, and become a practical tool for engaging clients, partners, and investors. In this project, branding became an integral part of the business strategy.

Strategy First

The foundation of the brand became the strategic territory Easy to be proud of.

It was built around a simple insight: people take pride not only in the homes they own, but also in the address they call their own. This idea became the basis for the brand positioning, tone of voice, naming, and the entire visual identity system.

Naming

The name 357D combines Cyprus’ international dialing code (+357) with the letter D, standing for Development.

It is memorable, rooted in a strong local reference, yet works naturally as an international brand. Its simplicity also made it a powerful visual asset, becoming the central element around which the identity system was built.

Visual Identity

We intentionally moved away from the conventional visual language of real estate developers. Instead of creating a distant corporate image, we focused on openness, humanity, and approachability.

A restrained architectural aesthetic is combined with bold visual accents, helping the brand stand out in a highly competitive market.

The color palette draws inspiration from Cyprus itself: olive trees, the Mediterranean sky, the sea, and the light limestone commonly used in local architecture.

The result is a flexible identity system that works consistently across both digital and print applications. Today, the 357D team actively uses it throughout all brand communications, maintaining a cohesive visual presence.

Website

The final stage of the project was the corporate website, built in Webflow.

It became the brand’s central digital platform—introducing 357D’s approach to development, presenting the team, and gradually expanding its portfolio as the business continues to grow.

The website was designed with scalability in mind, allowing the company to easily update content and support future growth without relying on developers.

Results

Built before the company’s first completed developments, the brand became the foundation of 357D’s market launch and continues to serve as the backbone of all its communications.

The corporate website has become the group’s primary digital platform, bringing together every part of the business, showcasing new projects, and supporting the brand’s growth while serving as one of its key sources of organic traffic.

Today, 357D continues to expand its real estate business. The group’s portfolio already includes more than 20 projects across the EU, the United Kingdom, and Ukraine, while the company keeps strengthening its presence in the Cypriot market.
